Crawlers

The crawler tractor came into use around 1904, but not until the 1920s and 1930s did the crawler become a popular type of tractor. The crawler evolved over from the boxier design, as seen in the 1916 image on the top, to the slightly more rounded and streamlined designs of the tractors in the lower two images.
