|
- Date:

- Description:
- This black and white photograph looks south across U.S. Route 2 near an I-89 construction site in Richmond. The paved, two-lane highway passes from left to right across the midground of the image. Guard rails and utility poles line the roadway. A grassy lawn spreads out on the near side of the road. A small dwelling is sited on the far side of the road at the right edge of the image. A few shrubs and deciduous trees are scattered around the dwelling. An open field spreads out to the left of the dwelling, and forested hills rise in the background. The season is summer.
